Total Freak Show

I was watching TLC the other day, and they had a documentary about steroids, but the focus of the show was this guy. What a freak show. The guys arms are almost 28 inches around. I don't have time to go into detail, but if you get a chance to watch "The Man Whose Arms Exploded" you will see the horror that is this man. As the title implied his arms nearly exploded due to steroids, working out, and an infection. I might update this later, right now I just don't have the time.
