From the get go I have tried not to make any political statements on this blog, but after reading this article I feel it needs to be addressed. I will simply include a link and ask you to read it for yourself, but actions like this should not go on in this, the 21st century.

Good grief! They won't get away with it surely? But the fact that they want to do it at all is frightening. Is this the seepage of neo-con values from the very top to the very bottom? I don't live in your country but the things I read, hear & see are always so negative and scary. The sensible part of me knows that the majority of people in the US are just ordinary folk without the rabid extemist views that get portrayed throughout the world. Right?
